Huanggu District held the first “Shenyang Huanggu Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum” and the launch of the Shenyang Science and Technology Innovation Center and the signing ceremony of the “Shenyang Science and Technology Condition Platform Huanggu Workstation”.

At the meeting, Shenyang Science and Technology Bureau and Huanggu District People's Government signed the agreement of “Shenyang Science and Technology Condition Platform Huanggu Workstation”. China Productivity Promotion Center, Liaoning Equity Exchange Center and China Merchants Bank Shenyang Branch respectively awarded “China Productivity Promotion Center Association Double Innovation Demonstration Base”, “Liaoning Equity Exchange Center Service Station” and “China Merchants Bank Financial Innovation Demonstration Base” to Shenyang Science and Technology Innovation Center. In the next step, Huanggu District will use the Science and Technology Innovation Center as a carrier to increase regional collaborative innovation.

As a demonstration unit of science and technology enterprises and military-civilian integration in Huanggu District, Shenyang Anti-rust was invited to participate in the forum and signing ceremony. Ms. Liu Yanxia, the general manager of the company, represented the Shenyang anti-rust meeting.
